Making a return for his third single release shot on Hive Audio, alongside many remixes and compilation features that is SOAME. For his latest outing, the „Honey EP“, the prolific Zurich-based producer teams up with Animor on vocal duties, delivering good vibes and proper deep grooves for dancefloors worldwide.

The original version of the title track „Honey“ brings on pure vibes and late night mystique, meandering in between Deep- and TechHouse, providing a untouched naturalistic atmosphere, progressive, spatial bass works and – as it tunes' center piece – a set of ever floating, ethereal vocals delivered by Animor which makes the tune stand out in every selection, especially due to its tender, caressing and beautifully stretched breakdown sequence.

Definition on remix duties transfers „Honey“ to a playful, caressing early morning level, adding large scale panoramic strings and intricate, interweaving melodic elements perfectly matching Animor's distinct vocals and turning this remix into a tune to play throughout the very minutes before sunrise, sending entire dancefloors to ecstatic heavens filled with nothing but love.

Finally „Honey (Dub Version)“ strips the tune of most of its vocals, mainly focusing on SOAME's on point melodic production values for a shimmering variation of the main cut, bringing forth massive, powerful, yet carefully crafted arrangements for overwhelmingly emotional moments on the dancefloor.

Gab Rhome - You Want It Lighter [TRYBESof]

The French live duo have been bubbling up for a while, so no surprise that their recent live stream has had 102K views to date and rising. Fundraising for Bye Bye Plastic, performed at a mysterious UNESCO site in France, the stream delivered spectacularly compelling material and a sincere yet effortlessly cool vibe.

Tim and Pierre met in high school in the French countryside, and fast became friends when they discovered their shared love for music. Their first ‘gig’ was at their end-of-school gala, and they have been playing together ever since at festivals and gigs worldwide. Labels include Flying Circus, Sol Selectas and ABRACADABRA.

This release package is a special one, as Kindisch gave their new signing carte blanche to choose their ideal remixers to complement their original and yet make it their own. Enter Maga and Carlita…

Title track ‘Wonderland’ is a compulsively catchy combo of skiffle-style percussion and a relentless plucked guitar riff. Chambord’s own vocal contribution adds a robotic hook.

Maga brings bongo drums to the fore, a humming bass riff sprinkled with tinkling icicles and a chopped-off vocal. He creates an ominous build, with some surprising strings. Carlita delivers a strong mix of deep, deep bass and percussion backed by melodic synth riffs, enriching the hypnotic quality of the vocal, and upping the tempo in the second half.

NenaHalena (Brief Biog)
From their early days in the north-west of England, picking up the techniques 1210’s turntables, developing the studio skills and somehow getting heavily into learning the Brazilian street rhythms.

Behind the scenes; a prolific producer, for more than a decade creating countless productions for a large cross-section of artists. Now known for being a magician in the music studio and lord of the electronic percussion on stage, naturally fusing the influence Afro-Brazilian rhythms with a lifetime of House and Techno. 

Masterfully bringing it all together in a slick and stimulating hybrid-live show, where DJing and playing electronic hand drums is made to look easy. Really, a unique artist who few others can compare. When asked to describe the sound it can only be encapsulated as; ‘Afro-Brazilian- Berlinian' !!

Encounter some of these sound on labels such as; Rise Bln, Stil Vor Talent, One Tribe, Saved, Sol Selectas, Elements, iZiKi Global.

2022 was an active year seeing NenaHalena touring their sound in Brazil (D-Edge, Sunset Sessions). Berlin (Sisyphos, Kater Blau). Egypt (Boho). Ibiza (Boho). India. London, (Ministry of Sound, Tribe Life). Georgia, Mexico, (Mykonos (Pacha), Saint-Tropez (Sanctum).
