Tomas Figueroa, age 52, passed away on March 3, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Tomas was born on June 14, 1964 to Jesus and Maria Figueroa. He graduated from Mary Carroll High School in 1983. Tomas was employed by Katz 21 as a chef. Tomas enjoyed participation in camping, hunting, music (DJ), golf, freesbie, counselor at PDAP, and Corpus Christi Dart Teams. He will always be remembered for his love of laughter, adventurous, a good sense of humor, was loyal and devoted. Very supportive to family and his friends was very dedicated to others in their time of need. Tomas was a loving son, brother, and cousin. He is preceded in death by his father Jesse Figueroa Sr.
Tommy is survived by his mother Maria G. Figueroa, sisters, Yolanda Reyes, Mary Rose Huerta (Martin), Hope Trevino Gomez (David), Bernice Figueroa and brother Jesse Figueroa Jr., sister Dorinda Younger, best friend Chris Rhome, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to all supporting family April Trevino and Nurses on Wheels Hospice for the great care.

As a formally trained painter with a degree in fine arts, my creative journey turned into the world of music when I discovered a parallel with painting. It helped me find a new way to express myself behind the DJ decks. Inspired by '90s art, I love creating something fresh by blending diverse genres into a hypnotic fusion that resonates with the audience.
