Dies ist speziell im Vinjasa Yoga, Yoga Flow, Dynamic Yoga (atemsynchrone Bewegungsabläufe) für den Praktizierenden von großem Vorteil.
Im Entspannungsteil wurde innovativ mit Binaural Beats gearbeitet. Hierbei handelt es sich um den gezielten Einsatz von Frequenzschwebungen welche den Wandel der Hirnwellenströme sanft von Aktiv auf Aktiv /Passiv begleiten.
Die einzelnen Titel sind logisch aufeinander aufgebaut und praktisch für jede Art von Yogastil geeignet. Speziell aber für die Körperlich etwas mehr fordernden Yogastiele konzipiert.
Power- und Intensiv- Yoga sind moderne Yogastile die auch verstärkt in Fitnesstudios und Wellness Zentren Einzug halten.

This is the long mantra of Chenrezig or Avalokitesvara - the Boddhisatva of Compassion. The short version "Om Mani Peyme Hung" is said to contain all 84,000 teachings of the Buddha in 6 syllables. This recording is an offering of prayer to the people and land of Nepal after a devastating Earthquake caused much damage and many deaths in April 2015. Om Mani Peyme Hung is chanted for many purposes, one is to bless those who pass on to transition from this world into the higher realms. This is a live recording of one of my favorite sets from the SunSet Cacao Dance's I played this season in Guatemala at Eagles Nest. The journey starts with a cacao ceremony and then begins with slower, spacious music. The energy builds slowly through the mix and peaks followed by a cool down towards the end as the energy comes back down. These sorts of sets are some of my favorites to play. This set also contains some of my unreleased tunes.
