Linear Departure has been in the makings since January of 2014. This album was chance for me to explore classical music with a modern mindset. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did creating.  

A little background to the creation of this album. I go to a classical music conservatory and I am fascinated in the art of sampling. I decided to put both of these aspects of my life together. I had my friends, from all different instruments, play classic excerpts and solos. Then I chopped them up, combined, reharmonized, put them in new rhythmic contexts, and created Linear Departure.
