Fred P, also known as Black Jazz Consortium, is a key figure in the deep house scene with over twenty years of experience. His music goes far beyond the dancefloor, driven by an introspective and spiritual vision. He stands for a sincere and committed approach : “My service is to the music, and the music is for the people,” he affirms. His prolific catalog — including standout tracks like States of Bliss, 6AM and the Rhythms from the Road series — reflects his boldness in blending ambient textures, jazz accents and hypnotic house grooves. Through his labels Soul People Music, Private Society and more recently Collective Resource, Fred P has created spaces for sonic experimentation, offering both secret weapons for DJs and deeply meditative pieces.
