Very proud of this mix. Raw, baseline-driven, mature, no bullshit, and all-out FUCKIN' GROOVY. The tracks in this mix will ride you with no-nonsense grooves which have that raw feeling/energy from when the days of true underground house, but with today's bite, with your eyes closed in that dark attic of a makeshift nightclub (upstairs above a coffee shop on a Saturday night), and hypnotized/tantalized to the beef sounds of the raw underground. Then later walking back home, sweaty but in silence.

Darius is a self proclaimed "House Addict".  He fell in love with the house sound as a teenager living in Montreal back in the early '90s when he would stay up late on Friday nights and record a dance mix show on Montreal radio.  He was hooked from then on.  He then proceeded to start mixing with one tape deck and a cassette player and never looked back.  When he moved to Vancouver in the late '90's, he started buying records almost daily and spent most of his free time at his favourite record stores at the time, Bassix and Mechanix records.  Over the next few years, Darius held various residencies and even ran 2 club nights in Vancouver, playing alongside such talent as Lawnchair Generals and Johnny Fiasco, as well as playing at numerous after hours and raves.  Today, Darius is happily married with a young son, but his love for house music hasn't died.  He is still busy putting out mixes and in 2015 is doing some exclusive guest mixes for International house collectives such as Little Routine in France, and Reason2Funk in England.  His sets have been described as "organic" and his love for jazz is prevalent in all of his mixes.

With a career now spanning over 17 years Vancouver native Kleo Kinetic began djing in the local illegal afterhours party scene in 1998 and has seen it take him across South America and Europe where he has graced the decks at top venues including Mykonos, Greece (CAVO PARADISO) London (TURNMILLS, THE CROSS, EGG) and Ibiza (KANYA BEACH CLUB). In 2004 Kleo moved to Brazil to take up residency at the renowned CONFRARIA CLUB on the party island of Florianopolis and has been based there ever since.  Quickly establishing himself as a favorite among the luxury clubs and underground venues alike, Kleo made appearances on MTV BRAZIL, various presentations for nightlife magazine HOUSE MAG, Sunset parties at the world famous CAFE DE LA MUSIQUE, in hot spots like Sao Paulo's DISCO, Porto Alegre's PROVOCATEUR and private events for BVLGARI jewelry. During his travels he has appeared alongside such respected Dj's such as Dimitry From Paris, Mark Farina, Miguel Migs, Seb Fontaine, Mobin Master, Blond:ish, Audiofly, Jay Tripwire, and Satoshie Tomie to name a few. Using his considerable reportoire Kleo designs his sets to exhibit various elements of melody, sensuality, and infectious rhythm striving to take the listener on a voyage that elicits an emotional response. Moving seamlessly from deep atmospheric beats to hypnotic soundscapes, from dark techy grooves to seductive and sexy vocals, from latin tribal percussions to pumping electrified crowd pleasers, Kleo excites the dancefloor by playing a unique sound mesmerizing audiences and establishing him as a truly stimulating and provocative Dj.
