My reapect for this boss is great. I was using a pyro build but decided I will go melee only for the boss, and it was way more fun that way.

Pontiff is my favorite boss and is the perfect dark souls boss, extremely challenging up until you master his moveset, not to mention his lore.. dear god his lore..
