Piece I made for "Vertigo Temple", a game entry for itch.io's 2020 "SCREAM MACHINE" Game Jam. The game should be uploaded by April 20th.

Thanks to my brother, Tommy, for not only playing the guitar and bass, but mixing the track as well - he really brought the piece to life.

Turing Test

This game takes place on a ship, and is meant to be the theme for the crew of the ship, painting them as eccentric-but-well-meaning people. The marimba and piano create a "silly" motif that goes across the entire piece.

Rough Around the Edges

This is the track that plays when things start to come apart. The game centers around the crew of a ship, and this is the point where their facade of "lovable rogues" begins to crack. The piano and marimba calls back a motif used in an earlier piece to create a silly vibe, but is used as a vamp here to create a sense of tension and dread.
