Tuition Hikes

Eli Hiller is a freelance photographer based in southeast Ohio. He is currently a junior at Ohio University's School of Visual Communication studying photojournalism and environmental geography in the College of Arts and Sciences. Along with his studies, Eli is a freelance photographer for the Athens Newspaper, staff photographer for the School of Journalism, event photographer for Dave Rave a DJ promotion group and photo editor at The Interactivist magazine. He is a native of Athens, Ohio but frequently traveled to Central America throughout his childhood. He has a rich interest in Latin American culture and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
