The Moalem Album is Eliko Bass’ second album. A world music project created by the musician Eli Moalem where you can listen to music inspired by his father’s ancestral home in Iraq and his own personal impressions and experiences while travelling in Africa and the Far East.

Eliko Bass is a world music artiste from Israel who uses the bass guitar, Guimbri and other instruments to create his music.
Towards the end of 2018, Eliko released his debut album “Bass Around the World”.
Now, three years after the release of the first album, Eliko brings us a new second album with 10 new tracks in a variety of different genres and exciting Maqam melodies played to an African rhythm rooted directly from the Sahara Desert. 
This time you can also hear poetical lyrics in some of the new songs.In the last three months, Eliko has been touring extensively from north to south to promote the release of his second album, appearing throughout the country in Beer Sheva, the new DCITY complex in Mishor Adumin to mention a few, and also performing with Mark Eliyahu this past summer. 
The new album includes a number of singles, including “Moalem”, “Neve Midbar”, and “Ose Shalom”, Eliko’s own special version to a traditional Hebrew prayer.
