This sounds like music the Namco Museum games for the PS1. As an anonymous piece for this  1:4 tHE HIG it sounds great, doesn't work as music on a railway. 1:45 seems to translate "oh no, something resembling the train ! QUICK BASH IT OUT WITH SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! " As you can see, that high level line of strings at 1:48 is the result of kicking out the Sodor Mail theme to make way for this orchestrated vaporwave ( which could have been just a mashup of Percy & the Post train's theme if trying to be original wasn't your intent ).
