Felipe Herrera is a Chilean conceptual electronic music producer and artist, founder of Medular Records, a label focused on underground electronic music.

While the label operates as a curatorial platform within the global scene, Herrera’s personal productions stand out for their authorial and reflective approach. His work incorporates speeches by Chilean painter Roberto Matta, as well as cultural themes inspired by his travels through the East — particularly India — alongside his son Mateo Herrera, who is also a DJ and producer.

His creative process explores identity, critical thinking, and the psychological dynamics of contemporary life, using documentary elements, sound design, and narrative structures that extend beyond the strictly musical.

Together with his son Mateo Herrera —a DJ and producer with releases on international labels— he continues to develop collaborative projects that expand his artistic vision into new cultural contexts and generations within electronic music.
