'Dreiklang welcomes Italian native Hydergine for their fourth record; continuing with the label’s trian- gular remit of three juxtaposing interpretations per vinyl-only release. The aqueous tones of Hydergine’s ‘Diving Alone (Tape 3db)’ uctuate hazily around one another, with dampened thumps and diluted synths uncovering a carefully crafted murky mystery. Japanese producer Iori provides the rst remix; upping the tempo and twisting the meditative textures with a sound honed through two years living in Berlin, not to mention a pivot towards immersive sci- ambience on 2016 album Cold Radiance. Iconic UK dub techno pioneer JS Zeiter takes the baton on the ipside, having released his Turning Point EP on Hydergine’s Ranges label in 2017. Known for his engrossing Basic Channel in uenced pro- ductions, Zeiter here dips dreamily above and below the waterline.'

Brainchild of Multi Culti A&R, Sascha Funke and Niklas Wandt were introduced by Dreems, who charted a course for the seasoned Berlin-based producer and funky multi-percussionist and singer. 

Wandt was just about to enter the scene forcefully with his collaborative 2LP with Wolf Müller and the debut single of his band Neuzeitliche Bodenbeläge. In the icey cold of his warehouse rehearsal space, Funke had him record a variety of slapped, bowed and scratched percussions (congas, talking drum, prepared cymbals played with a bass bow) over his tracks. These first efforts were later expanded into joint sessions at Sascha's home studio and, within a few weeks, the journey reached it’s destination: Wibe strasse, Deutschland.

At first glance, they seem an odd couple: a techno veteran of almost thirty years meets a side-burned upstart socialized in Free Jazz and Krautrock. but the shared sonic influences come through in the hypnotic, dubbed-out sound, perhaps rooted in the close connection the two share to the Rheinland region in West Germany, Funke as part of the Kompakt family and Wandt by origin and socialization in the Cologne and Düsseldorf music scene centered around the Salon des Amateurs. Regional flavours, global appeal. Multi Culti, promoting local collaboration, one freaky record at a time.

Sascha Funke & Niklas  Wandt - Für Die Paar Heller [MC043]

@TheusMago is back with more club heat on his own co-run @Durolabel , this time in collaboration with the @LocalSuicide duo.

Theus Mago is the alter-ego of established Mexican producer Mateo González. Responsible for projects such as Bufi (Kitsuné/Discotexas) and Sonido Fantasma (Turbo Recordings) he has a deeply expressive, freeform sound that mixes darker moods with beautiful synths. After releasing a series of EPs inspired by Philip K. Dick’s Ubik, he now works with Berlin-based DJs and real-life couple Brax Moody (Munich) and Vamparela (Thessaloniki) who have been collaborating and making waves together since 2007. The pair has found success releasing on Canada’s My Favorite Robot Records and Multi Culti, and San Francisco's Roam.

The excellent lead single has lyrics translated from German to English as ‘Come Into The Hole’. This double entendre can be taken as the never-ending vortex of deep space, as well as the dark recesses of underground clubs, which is where the track will resonate. It has sparkling keys and droning synths laid over big rubbery kicks. Post- punk vocals bring a dark energy and slight EBM feel as the jacking percussion drives it along and gets the floor in a sweat.

Remixes come from Aera, who has recently released his own album ‘The Sound Path’ on Permanent Vacation and on the flip side @ColossioMx. The Mexican artist who recently made a debut splash with his four track EP ‘Moto’ on Calypso Records. Here he enlivens and accentuates the vocals, making for something fresh and arresting.

At the forefront of the dance music landscape, DJ/Production duo and label heads, Catz ‘n Dogz are well and truly in the driver’s seat of their musical journey. With the release of their fourth studio album upcoming, they now release the second album track ‘There’, along with a series of remixes. 

Inviting a band of close friends and like-minded peers to collaborate on ‘Friendship’ LP, album track ‘There’ sets the tone for what is to come in the full forthcoming project. Featuring the captivating vocals of James Yuill, whom has a five-year working relationship with Catz ‘n Dogz, we hear talents on both sides work in perfect unison to create a warming, sun infused track. Yuill’s voice glides over the rolling percussion and synth lines of Catz ‘n Dogz, with the addition of Flamenco inspired guitar riffs injecting the sun. 

Kompakt co-founder Michael Mayer steps up on the rework, taking the track down a gentle and dreamlike path. Slowing things down, he keeps the original vocals with the addition of chimes, that glisten throughout. Contrastingly, Berlin based Terr opens her remix with plummeting kicks and bright synth melodies, transforming the track into a club ready version. 

As a pre-cursor to the fast approaching release of ‘Friendship’, Catz ‘n Dogz also unveil the album track listing in full ahead of 29th March. Showcasing the true array of friends and likeminded peers included in the project; James Yuill from ‘There’ appears alongside ZENSOFLY, Kiddy Smile, Polish rapper Taco Hemingway and Copenhagen’s WhoMadeWho to name only but a few.

With the 31st release at Eleatics, it's a double pleasure to reveal another bright Ukrainian artist behind its' creation: 8Kays.
Ira 8Kays has come a long way, forming and progressing her sound into a distinctive fusion of heavy punctured bass leads, twisted together with melodic progressions and united with the powerful voices of the singers, whom she is fond of involving into the projects.
8Kays has formerly released via Sincopat, Jee Productions, Baroque, so we are happy to welcome her with a debut at Eleatics.
Always versatile and unpredictable 8Kays has teamed up with American singer Tone Of Arc, whose vocals are perfectly describing the tight and grave mood of the rich instrumental.
The track leaves a chance to catch Ira's visible passion for mellow leads and bass density in this release.

German-based producer Alex Niggemann, the artist with the rich line of past releases via Damian Lazarus' imprint Crosstown Rebels, Sasha's Last Night On Earth, Steve Bug's Poker Flat Recordings and his own AEON; the producer, who has constantly been able to fuse the best of both old and new music influences, has created an entirely unique symbiosis of techno & breaks vibes, where the sound of the remix can ideally be called 'the best of techno & breaks', if speaking briefly.
We do believe this version will inspire and attract more listeners worldwide, taking the base of followers far beyond melodic house & techno world.
Legendary French artist Olivier Giacomotto, producer with the numerous past releases via Noir Music, Get Physical and his own Definitive Recordings is the important figure of the French electronic scene.
Olivier is crafting the classy groove remix based on the hypnotic bassline and the mellow structure of the original mix.
This mesmeric and proper remix comes out as the final chord of the release.

After last year’s incredible ​Chains EP​, that featured a stunning remix from Hot Creations mainstay Patrick Topping, Rogue D teams up with long term partner Memoryman (AKA Uovo) to produce the outstanding ​Total Black EP.​

“Knowing that Damian is a great lover of music in many of its facets, we made four different tracks with different combinations. But each track has a common sound, that searches for mediation between new and old.”​ Rogue D.

The EP begins with ​Local Fiction.​ Pulsing undertones converge on a reverberating call, as violin synths are swiftly brought in and out to form an eerie yet similarly jovial number. ​Black Power​ comes next. A dubby, rolling cut that leans itself towards the minimal side of things, a subtle bassline chugs along before a wholesome kick provides the perfect dancefloor rhythm. Third up is ​Late Night​. An upbeat disco-like jam, warm keys combine with whistling hats to create the perfect summer hit. Rounding off the EP is ​Tomorrow.​ Another minimal house take, the soft ringing of a bell runs throughout, as the plucking of a guitar string sound flickers in and out.

Rogue D ​has carved out an impressive path in the house and techno soundscape. As a solo artist, he is quickly becoming one of the scene's most talked about producers, with his tracks finding a home on Snatch! Records and Defected, whilst his collaborator, ​Memoryman (AKA Uovo)​, has been equally successful. As one half of renowned duo Pastaboys, Memoryman teamed up with Yoruba Records frontman Osunlade on 2014’s ​Rebirth​, with the ​Deep Musique​ single later being remixed by Keinemusik affiliate Rampa, before producing the standout ​Kolo Kolo ​EP on Crosstown Rebels in 2018.
