This week's podcast I discuss Karma as being about thought and frequency, not behaviour. Whilst our belief structures make up our thoughts, feelings and thus actions. 

In my opinion Karma is not something that we have to live with or can't change. It's all about getting back to the 'light body' which encompasses the original definition of Karma centuries ago. We don't store up bad deeds, we store up (or get trapped) low vibrational energy, which we can work on removing in order to get us back to our innate state.

This week's episode I look at 'waiting energy' and how so many of us are sitting in it, without even knowing it. We put things off, we find valid reasons not to do things or we don't take action.

But I'm not talking about procrastination, I'm talking about putting our lives on hold because of incorrect assumptions, not believing we can have the life we want, or thinking we don't have enough money. 

The problem is that sitting in 'waiting energy' means that we are then vibrating at that frequency and not only start attracting it back to us, but also stop moving forward with our lives. 

We embody waiting energy and therefore block our energy, and without even knowing it, we can end up sitting in this frequency, or state of being for years. 

How many times have we said to ourselves "when I have more money I will take that holiday"? Or "when I've lost 10lb then I'll buy that new dress". Or "when I can afford to pay a VA, then I'll do XYZ in my business". 

But with 'waiting energy' tomorrow never comes. 

Move yourself out of 'waiting energy' today and get your energy flowing again, so you can take action - sometimes any action - until you can get back to inspired and aligned action again.

Waiting Energy

This week's episode is combining high energy with social media, as a nicer and more energizing way to do your social media. At least it's the way that I do mine. 

I meet so many people who hate doing their social media, and so did I, until I started doing it this way. 

Heart focused Mediating + journaling + writing or scheduling = sending out love. 

As always I talk about high vibrations, the energy field, and life.

Social Media ...with Love

In this week's episode we continue on with our star ancestry and interdimensional selves and look at whether it is real and more importantly, how we have forgotten it.

I start with a quick recap on last week:-

1. Evidence of genetic modification with our chromosomes 2 and 7.
2. Whether we have been physically upgraded by the Anunaki or by consciousness and the morphic field.
3. Evidence of an advanced civilisation and who might they be. Could they have genetically modified us?

And then move into the difference between extraterrestrial and interdimensional beings, the 'evidence' we have so far from the ancient texts and how we can use 'Reality Shifting' to shift our own reality now regardless of different dimensions.

Then we dive into the world of portals and whether portals on earth and in space can connect us to different dimensions, or solar systems, and examples of places on earth that are portals (or used to be portals) such as Skinwalker ranch where they have a lot of paranormal activity and have even used thermal imaging to see into other dimensions in time.

Who are these interdimensional beings? Maybe they are us from different time periods (as everything is happening now) rather than extraterrestrials and 'little white men'?

Finally we look at what 'Base Reality' is on our planet and the overlays or programs that could have been laid over this base reality in order to create 'interference' and more struggle for us.

What are these overlays and how can we get around them using our own energy?

The world is changing fast as belief systems are crumbling and we finally start stepping into our true power.

The power is inside us and always has been, but the world creates far too many distractions that keep us plugged into the external and away from this internal power source - of consciousness and the energy field.
