Magic Waves was on air 24-7 from May 2006 to May 2009 (when we joined forces with Intergalactic FM and became a weekly radio show instead), and enjoyed a healthy cult following around the world as an early pioneer of Internet Radio culminating in a record label and a series of international music festivals between London and Berlin, and are still broadcasting today. Manifesting the corporeality of the future through sonic interference is no light task, but it is one that our next guest Franklin De Costa finesses with ease. Co-founder of the Mother's Finest label and event series which he runs along with Hodge, De Costa has played an integral role in the flourishing of hybrid forms of UK Bass music in Berlin and beyond.
