Recently from BET's ( hit reality show ) : "Keyshia Cole : The Way It Is" and "Frankie and Neffe Show." Often it is asked who is Elite Noel ? Where did she come from? What is her story ? Why won't she live a normal life and is really talented? - but at the end of the day she has her own IDENTITY as she's on the grind on her own. Growing up in Oakland , California, dealing with everyday life struggles until her story did a 360 in 2007 She moved to Atlanta to start a new chapter and has been apart of the industry every since.
