The years 2012 & 2013 were some of the most depressing years of my life, for many reasons I won't go through... I am happy to say that today, a day in the middle of 2017, i am far from experiencing times like those : )

This music is a collection of songs and improvisations that were thrown into a folder and meant to be forgotten about... I was not proud of any of this music when I made it at that time but, now, I feel like it's an important time capsule and is highly representative of what I was going through and feeling at the time.

I actually DO really appreciate some of what's on here because, aside from anything I was going through, my work ethics were still in high gear... For example, every sound you hear here, with the exception of 1 instance, was originally my voice (hence the vocaloid tag : )... This sound aesthetic combined with some of the ideas in composition and programming are still very fresh ideas to me to this day : )

Anyway, this entire profile is dedicated to the year 2012 and you can consider this collection of sounds & compos the 'black sheep' of the bunch : )

Also, this will probably be the last post ever for this account... You can follow me here if you want, but almost def guarantee there won't be anymore posts after this... This chapter of my life is closed...

I am slowly introducing lyrics and vocals back into my music and you can really start to hear it towards the end of the year... I would like to explain the titling for those of you not familiar with the way the Sony PCM recorder labels it's files... if you notice most of the tracks are #'s and these #'s are actually dates... the first 2 #'s are the last 2 numbers of the year, in this case, it's 12 because your listening to the year 2012. The second 2 #'s are the month, and the last 2 are the day... any other #'s are arbitrary and just represent the # of times I pressed the record button... so, not to insult the intelligence of some of you listeners out there, but let's have an example: let's say you were listening to the song "120324 06"... you would be listening to something I made on March 24, 2012... I suppose I will be getting around to titling them when I get time but for now my PCM recorder's automatic dating system will do...
