Change is uncomfortable and it causes you to be inconvenient to those around you. There is a fine line between who you were, who you are and who you will become, if you want to change you need to go through a process of elimination with your habits and those around you. This road is only meant for you to walk through, only then will you be of high value to those you leave behind. I heard this once, “ allow your convictions to make you inconvenient.” You are the only one that can decide wether or not the change you are making is positive or negative.

Escape Average

I can’t even begin to describe how unfortunate it is to live with this emotion. Jealousy steals your joy, peace and confidence. I used to be a very jealous person because I had no sense of direction, although I was always passionate about what I wanted to do in business and even through this podcast I was NOT executing and being intentional with what I wanted to do. Let’s chat for more than just a 5 minute segment. I’m here to share my experiences as always and be heard with no interruptions. Jealousy is nasty but I’ve been THAT person too! Trust - Episode #120 

Being behind the mic this afternoon allowed me to reflect on my journal entries, conversations and experiences I have gone through these last few years of my life. It started here, Word by LoLo, I bet and trusted on myself. I trusted in my vision and I am slowly seeing it come to life day by day. By the grace of God I am here, March 15, 2022. Fast forward 3 years of podcasting  and the start of a Branding agency @risedma amongst other projects I have on the sidelines I have learned that the more I trust in my potential and hard work things are closer than I once thought. 

I have lost money, confided in the wrong people, I've had my heart broken, however through it all I was able to let go of the things that were keeping me away from trusting once more. Trust is like faith, you can't see it but you can choose to believe it.

I admit that I have been that person who waits for the next moment and wishes quickly for the next one to come, losing track of what is truly ahead. The now is a gift we lose track of and only value when the bad days come around. My now is a gift I don’t want to save for later.
