Made in response to this request from cajunhypnoslut on tumblr: "File idea ---> Fractionation hypnosis file where every time you bring the subject out of hypnosis, they forget that they were even hypnotized in the first place. " This is an experiment in making amnesia suggestions as effective as possible for a broad general audience. Please share your feedback on what did or didn't work!

Con Recovery

It's something between an induction and fan fiction. :) Warning: There are no direct suggestions here but definitely undertones related to brainwashing/robotification/obedience/etc. Please send me some feedback on what you thought!

Baseline test induction (with nods to Blade Runner)

This is my take on the trope of a hypnotherapy file that turns out to have pernicious suggestions. 

Warnings:

Subtly manipulative language leading to much more obviously manipulative language, sudden tonal shifts, implications of being compelled to reveal personal identity, implications of financial domination, slow fucking burn, probably not arousing in the slightest even to people who normally get off on this shit.

"Evil" Hypnotherapy File

This file is designed to help people practice holding a kneeling stance for an extended period of time- a little less than 15 minutes. I’m very permissive in my language here but note that this is intended for sexy D/s-style kneeling and not the kind of standard  kneeling you may do in a standard martial arts/yoga/meditation class. For best results, I recommend listening several times a week for a while at the same time of day. There are suggestions here to encourage regular kneeling practice and to create and enjoy an appropriate headspace during it- although they are all framed very permissively. 

My aim for this file is to help you kneel in a calm and still way- so I wrote the file accordingly. However, please not that this can be difficult if you are unused to kneeling generally. If you feel like you are in pain or so much discomfort that it is distracting, please feel free at any time to shift into a more comfortable, appropriate-feeling position. You’re doing well if you’re trying, even if you need to work your way up to a full 10-15 minute kneel. That’s what practice is for, after all. :)

Some people asked me for a resistance play file. Some asked me for a file to help them become a more confident top.

I thought: Why not both?

In this file, I’m not going to tell you how to be a good top. I’m not going to give you a pep talk about your abilities or why you should be confident. 

In fact, I’m going to ask you to work as hard as you can to overcome all of those naturally toppy impulses.

That shouldn’t be too hard, right?

And if you end up ultimately more confident in that role as a result of listening to this file?

This is my submission for day 3 of Hypnovember. For some reason I misremembered the prompt as "oxygen" where it was actually "dizzy" but I managed to get both ideas in. No awakener, maybe a bit dominant tone. I hope that you enjoy!

It's basically very induction focused with some light fractionation and suggestions encouraging your potential as a subject. As always, I'd appreciate any and all feedback you're willing to give.

One Take Wonder: Potential Energy

Suggestions to make being on hold more...enjoyable. Specifically suggestions tying being on hold to trance and delicious feelings of anticipation. Also may supercharge the word "anticipate" as a side effect. This was recorded in one take (I didn't even realize that I had the spacey echoey effect on!) and managed to trance myself out pretty well while recording it so- possibly not the most precise suggestion giving you'll ever hear.
