this song sampled "forever//aj" by @nshvllmusic. initially i heard their song and fell in love with it instantly, and with them, we made this. for me, this song is about getting used to the presence of someone or something you know is harmful for you and how you get so accustomed to it being a part of your life that when it goes, you oddly miss it and the sudden life change throws you off, despite it being a good change for you.

unfortunately life does not always pan out the way we want it to, and there's only so much help someone can have before you have to give up for your own sake.

Track 4 "Blood" is about giving up every piece of your soul and well being. For me it's hard to say no to people and vices and it brought me a lot of pain in the past. I felt very hollow for a while and after some real genuine connections I don't let myself fall back down that rabbit hole anymore.
