the conifers consequentially lit themselves on fire
assembled together like boys in the choir
lamenting in silence to their sappy desires
until one of them sings a flat note

but i crawled shakily out
half-alive and rotten i came about
feeding on nearby deer and trout

This is a track I produced on the cusp of a long depression in the autumn of 2010.  To be frank, I don't remember recording this song.  This leads me to believe that I was most likely influenced by cannabis when it came out of me.
