The year is 2023. A dark gloom looms over Vancouver, a sobering reflection of the current state of planet Earth. Artificial Intelligence, now sentient, has forced humanity into living in the shadows. As a race, it is unclear how much time human beings have left. It is imperative to live fully while time permits.  

On November 24, the underground subculture known as Higher Education calls on all cyberpunks and rebels to gather and do what is expressly human: Dance. Sweat. Feel. Connect. Unplug.

This was the set I put together to open the evening. After 13 years, I feel like Vancouver finally has a proper venue with the Vault. Everything was perfect: the setup, the sound, the visuals and the crew. Thank you to all my friends for supporting me on this special night.

Dancing between euphoria and melancholy as never before... Never felt such a special energy! Danke Bucht! As I started playing, the first sunrays started hitting my face like and the warmth of it combined with the crowd, a magic interaction. I played some new tracks, like a bootleg Remix of Ry X I did a while ago which is exclusive in this set. I love sending you guys to bed with these sounds and vibes! Soooo here it is, my latest offering, an audible morsel, a tasty little musical treat dug deep from my soul containing all the tunes I have been loving/playing to absolute death this past year or so. Always such a challenge to narrow it down but each of the tracks themselves tend pave the way to the next and in the end the process becomes somewhat out of my hands 🙌

I am thankful for all the original creators who have provided this most recent soundtrack to my life, they have joined me while travelling far and wide to Japan, Canada, the States and the UK, they have serenaded me in the garden and on crafternoons, in the kitchen and my yoga mat and on walks, hikes, rides and long drives alike always enhancing the beauty of the scenes I find myself in.

"Mayan Warrior, midnight, on a beautiful Wednesday night. An unofficial G camp takeover with all our camp mates playing one after the other on the new beautiful Galaxyer. I had stopped a couple of days earlier to check the new art car and I couldn't be more excited to play. For this set, I wanted my sound to honor how Mayan has influenced me over the years - guitars, indie dance, spacey sounds - but I also wanted to bring a bit of how my sound has changed lately, after regular visits to play in Berlin and also a new love for high bpm house music. I felt great when I stepped in. I wanted to be aggressive and I did: Played many new tracks, took some quirky turns and risked the mixing. As with every set, it is hard to take it out of context but It shows exactly how I felt that night. I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed it back then.

Thank you Asaf, Jenia, for the unreleased beauties!! Thank you to the Mayan family for creating such an insane platform for expression, I know how much hard work goes on behind the scenes!

I love playing at The Orgy Dome because it’s one of the few spaces where I can let go of the usual pressure to make people dance. 

At this unique Burning Man camp, the vibe is more about connection and presence than a packed dance floor. Here, I’m free to explore different sounds, different mix technics (deeply inspired by @GuyLaliberteDJ and @DjCharlieBuckets) and share music that resonates deeply with me.

It’s a rare chance to dive into grooves that feel authentic and true, with a crowd that’s open and ready to join me on this journey.  So, sit back, relax, and enjoy this sexy, groovy set—I hope it brings as much joy to you as it does to me."
