Hi! Here’s a guided meditation that I wrote and voiced.

In the picture is a flower that my mom planted about a decade ago in honor of our pets Ginger and Floyd. That flower was in bloom the same week we had her house gutted out in 2018, 2 years after she passed. It was also her favorite color. I know for some that’s just coincidental, but for me it was profound. It had deep meaning. She was there. This photo lifts me up. Even though it wasn’t always easy with her, she was always telling me to use my voice. So, this is in honor of her.
