Last Saturday I spent a night in Old Wive's Lees with the world's most incongruous family. They sheltered me & together with the family's patriarch, Kid Karcinogenic, we created an EP of such beauty & pristine flights of fancy that I had to watch X-Factor afterwards to remind me not all music is perfect!

The EP won't be released because of Martin Freemans scheduling conflicts, shame :(

What Is Utopia

This is one of the first things I ever did on the loop pedal so I dusted it off and finally put it up. It's a bit dark but I've always thought it was quite catchy, hope you enjoy it, E xx

This is a fun little song about the issue of grazing animals in the volumes we do in the Western world.

I like pork.

Witness The Folkness

Sorry it's been a while but am working on some live stuff incorporating Ellipsey & Meerkuts at the mo, WTS.

It's been a horrid, rainy week & so I thought I'd try and cheer everyone up with some bass. 
Heavily inspired by Mr. Scruff & made whilst overdosed on tea & a red wine hangover this

Well this is really what it says on the tin, a gumbo of samples & live instruments with some words about gumption like.

I'm enjoying playing around with samples but really want to connect the loop pedal live stuff with produced sound so expect to hear more like this going forward.

Head Shadow, a collaborative work by sound artist Meerkuts and installation artist Carly Jayne looks to explore the experience of modernistic meditation and lucid dreaming. Inspired by ancient methods of ritualistic practices that bring about a higher level of spiritual consciousness, this work looks to explore the contrast between these moments of inward silence and the reality of the noise of the modern world.

I've wanted to make some music for a video for a while and the focus on using binaural beats at 7hz which I used to make the bass. I'd like to work with video work again soon so if anyone's interested, give me a shout! E xx

So two platonic friends were left alone together on Valentine's night and after some wine we decided to improvise a Valentine's song, this is what happened.

We named ourselves KT & JJ in homage to the seminal 90's act K-Ci & JoJo.
