With a background in diving, she now focuses on ocean, travel, and adventure photography, capturing the beauty of the underwater world since 2014.

The mola mola, or ocean sunfish, is the heaviest bony fish in the world and plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy ocean food web by controlling populations of jellyfish, their primary prey. By keeping jellyfish numbers in check, mola molas help protect smaller fish and plankton, which are crucial for the diets of many marine species and the overall balance of ocean ecosystems. Sadly, they fall victim to commercial fishing, plastic pollution, and climate change.
