Stay This Way was not a song intended for me, but after a session with Kevin Hutchens in LA, me in London, I knew that I couldn't let it go. 
A song recorded in the legendary Strongroom Studios, London where the likes of Anne-Marie, Olivia Rodrigo, the Spice Girls have written and recorded, Stay This Way came to life. 
I am thrilled to be embarking on a full UK tour after a sold-out show in London in May post the release of Where Do I Lay All The Love I Have Left dropped.

The Rift

Debut release ‘Coming Good’ combines a near-Motorik driving rhythm and chiming guitars with longing twin vocals ruminating on what could have beens and past promises.

Sometimes, a song comes together quickly with a sense of familiarity. In my experience, it is these songs that infectiously delight. 'It Starts Again' premiered on BBC 6 Music, has been described as "a moment, a buzz, similar to the likes of Arab Strap 'First Big Weekend' or 'Public Service Broadcasting ' where moreish energy paired with an understated spoken word vocal captivates and embraces".


A prelude to an EP. Four songs perpetuating the struggle against the frustrating lack of visibility and significant barriers faced by disabled musicians.

Wavy, electronic slow jam ‘How Do You Feel?’ is the first official single crafted between childhood friends Frankie Knight and Robert Swaine AKA Submyth. ‘How Do You Feel?’ combines Submyth’s playful basslines and ambient jungle pads with Frankie Knight’s softkeys and lush vocals; reminiscent of Jesse Lanza, FKA Twigs, Ross from Friends andIAMDDB.

The track aims to keep alive conversations on how we can progress society to create a more compassionate and peaceful world. Knight says of the lyrics,“I was trying to address an inner conflict I have between hopelessness and optimism for the current state of the world. Asking the question, do we need to start again or can love save the day?”

It is accompanied by a music video, conceptualized by Frankie Knight and produced in Brighton.

How Do You Feel

I wrote this track with max ovenden late last year. 
It’s all about self love, not being so critical of yourself. 
Stop being your own worst enemy,
I chose to put this song out on my 20th birthday 
As I’m entering a new phase in my life and letting go of any pain from my teenage years 
I really trust I’m on my right path and being guided 
I see this song as me going from a caterpillar to a butterfly 🦋 
But most importantly another sign to focus and look after you, stop worrying about everything else! 
marks a year since my debut single 'manifester' it's been an amazing first year of releasing.
