Sidney Charles' and his Heavy House Society add yet another up and coming talent to its roster as they welcome Mattisou to the label.

Bringing the funk from the Netherlands, Mattisou is a great new addition to the HHS family. Obviously heavily supported by the label boss himself, his productions have gained the respect and attention of most of the big players on the global dance music scene. 

This 4 track quality EP starts off with 'Coming For U'. A funky groover that is irresistible not to shake your booty to. As the track gains speed the huge bassline, the tight stabs and the interesting vocal cut makes this track the perfect way to start off this EP.

Next up Mattisou brings us 'Incognito', a strange name for a track that is as far away from incognito as you can get. With is strong and imposing bassline this stands out amongst the crowd way more than it should for a track of this name. 

At number 3 of this 4 tracker we have 'Ottawa', a track that is as cool as the capital of Canada. With another big rolling bass line and this is funky through and through, making this track one that is sure to be a staple in DJ sets around the globe. 

Last but not least, Mattisou brings us 'Change Of Course' even though, he stays true to his trademark funky groove, that sooner or later collides with the bass line and will get everyone into full flow on the dance floor.

Archie Hamilton brings in another heavyweight artist to MicroHertz in the form of German maestro Sidney Charles who unveils three powerful tracks on his ‘X-Files EP’ that are guaranteed to do damage to dance floors this spring.

Dropping his debut release on MicroHertz, he has delivered three delectable cuts for dance floor action on his ‘X-Files EP’. The lead track is ‘Unocace’ with a deep and luxurious groove, where Charles showcases his raw and dubbier side of his production skills. Its hypnotic and ever evolving arrangement will be captivating floors and leave people wanting more. 

Next up is ‘Bassline Theory’, where Charles takes you back to the old school yet in 2023 style as he lets loose with analogue beats, stabs, scratches as he delivers a peak time weapon that is certainly going to be a big hit for dancers and DJ’s alike.
