Completely flipped the original on its head… which can be a dangerous move, but Chris pulled it off beautifully. The chords in this one where the most emotional for me and the drop vocal chop really compliments that. Drop slaps like a brick too.

Creativity is what caught my ears most here. This one stood out from the crowd as being innovative. I think it’s hard for producers to be super creative in competition circumstances, so I really admire what Ario did here. One of the cleanest mix-downs too.

Don't Say Ur Sorry (TwoWorldsApart Remix)

This one really caught my attention immediately. It was so refreshing for me to hear someone really change up the break & give it it’s own little vibe. Then as the drop hit, I was immediately hooked. The production quality is phenomenal, I love how Jack incorporated that club feeling without sacrificing the groove & feel from the original. The trancey middle 8 really tops it off for me.

bio:
after playing the bass guitar in a band for years, the 21-year-old ellis moved into electronic music back in 2016 for the purpose of creating and writing his own music and songs. the london based producer and musician grew to learn how to play the decks next to his bass guitar. 

"ellis quickly made a name for himself within the wider electronic house scene, with steady releases like ‘clear my head’ and his viral remix of ed sheeran’s ‘shape of you’ stacking over 70 million total views on youtube today. the young producer and musician is working hard to share his music across the global electronic scene putting forth one strong production after another characterized by catchy toplines, engaging basslines and funky drops. with official remixes for the likes of lost frequencies, james blunt, zedd & katy perry, notd and most recent his official remix of lady gaga’s – stupid love, ellis puts forward only the best of the best in electronic music. playing across europe at stages like the o2 academy in leeds, to amsterdam dance event in the netherlands, the artist has been steadily growing his live presence. 

influences by music from early 2000’s such as zero 7 to modern day influences like madeon combined with an increase in studio sessions & productions with and for songwriters and musicians across europe resulted in a new emphasis on funk, musicality and indie influences in his sound. ellis released his debut ep 'recollection perspective' in 2020.
