this is the first song I've ever completed
it was for school but I figured I might as well post it because it was a decent amount of work

so I made this in about 45 minutes
it's pretty awkward and I'm still getting a hang of creating a song that actually flows and doesn't fit together like one of those really old puzzles that's missing pieces some of the pieces are ripped and missing bits and bent up and they all fit loosely so you might as well just use it for a collage or something

the note names of the main repetitive part spells out C A B B A G E

I took the picture in the ravine behind my house last summer (those bushes with the yellow flowers grow bean pods that explode violently and fling beans everywhere during the fall)

I've had to type this multiple times now and I'm too lazy to explain the song. Use your imagination to make up some kinda scenario for this song or somethin.

I found this gas mask that used to belong to my great grandma when she was doing stuff in WWII and also a camera that belonged to my great grandpa. They both got thrown out soon after the photo was taken. (not my fault, I wanted to keep them)

I was frustrated that I couldn't find a decent music box version of this song, so I made one. Had to do a lot of weird acrobatics with various software to get this sound- and I'm still not too pleased with it, but I'm not at all familiar with Kontakt which supports the music box software I used.

There's some weird reverb and some odd ambience, but again that's just from the fact that I have no idea how to use Kontakt. I'm going to do some fine-tuning and re-upload when I can, this is a rough version.

In honour of the announcement that Banjo & Kazooie are being added to Smash Ultimate, I decided to add some of that nostalgic goodness to my feed. Being probably my all time favourite video game, Banjo Kazooie OST has always held a special place in my playlists. 
I whipped this one up relatively quick using Kontakt, through logic pro x. I decided to go with the aquatic version of Rusty Bucket Bay, since it fits the music box a lot better than the original or any of the other variations.
