As a musician/ song-writer (Elmer Cañas Jr.), growing up in the church and surrounded by a variety of opinions on music and worship, and what not...I have come to see a great need to clarify what the role worship and music are in the local church and in the body of Christ as a whole. It is not something that one individual can clarify on his or her own understanding or experience. Our God is so profound that as a revelation is revealed to one, many more are yet to be discovered. As worshippers of an awesome and loving God, I believe that our desires to uncover these secrets that God has hidden for those that seek Him, shouldn't be kept private. Of course you have your personal encounters, but lets put the fire God has placed in each of our hearts and unite it and let it shine throughout the world like never before.
