so here they are, and it's a chance to rethink goodbyes
there's a normal version, and a hyper version
some goodbyes hurt, and they show you the sea you're meant to see
and some goodbyes aren't meant to last in your heart, they just prepare you for reunion

Between body and soul, there’s a thread. A thread of patience, faith.
The soul knows, the body wants.
In this slow mix, I alternate between giving in to my body’s urges and my soul’s longing. Should I be c*nt? Should I be a hermit? Should I be both? None?
I realized afterwards it was my mind that was inhibiting me, my mind that was drawing the boundary between body and soul, that was preventing me from reaping the wisdom of both.
The soul needs you to embody what it knows. Otherwise you’re still nowhere. You’re in your mind. Body and soul are soulful, body and soul are bodily.
