Hey wassup everyone this is DJ E1mo from China and this is my latest piece titled 'Red Noize.'
I like to thank everyone that helped out with feedback so that I could produce this piece.

EDM Nation is a community of DJs located in Beijing, which basically gather and talk about everything to do with electronic dance music. Red Noize is the official label of this. Hopefully we can in the future bring out some of the works from local Chinese artists to sound cloud.

This is a bootleg mashup I did a couple months back when Scott Chester released 'Control feat Jameilisa.' When it was coupled with Gareth Emery's Stars, the sound became incredibly thick and I tend to like thick sounds for electro house.

Shatter - Hristian Hristov (E1mo Remix)

Asam & Elmo presents 'Kaleidoscape.' a vibrant 128BPM trance track, which is great to listen and relax. The track idea originated from Asam's previous work notes. From with a simple melody fragment, the collaboration yielded many complimentary sound layers from evolving ARPs to a emotive string accompaniment to give a richer yet sentimental sound.

This would have to be one of the more interesting works that I have had and it was definitely a pleasure working with a talented upcoming Chinese EDM composer like Asam.

Asam & Elmo - Kaleidoscape (Original Mix)

This is work from my latest collaboration with Asam. Originally we wanted to create a uplifting trance track and then halfway we thought it was too soft and came out with this monster instead.  We added the girl voice to add a bit of contrast, and create a bit of tension for the listener i.e. a strange and unusual melody, mixed with something alluring. 

Most of the testers that listened to this track had different response and for us as the producers of this track...THAT's exactly what we wanted. =)

The mastering took a bit longer this time cause we were busy and I also was experimenting and learning more about production from a few friends. Anyhow, hope you like this track or be strangely touched by certain elements.

Asam & Elmo - Allure (Original Mix)

Really liked the original track so I decided to give it a shot when I saw this remix competition. Since the title was 'On The Edge,' wanted to create something that was edgy. I took the track more to learn more about mastering and also do a bit of work on understanding different drum patterns with Ableton.

I hope you guys enjoy listening to this track as much as I enjoyed working on it. Thanks TrancEye for an amazing trance track and thanks TFB Records

On The Edge (Elmo Remix)

Sup all, this is my latest track release titled ' Fact or Fiction.' The project started off as a practice track, which was basically testing where I was in terms of production techniques and trance composition. It's a bit of classic trance type of structure and most of this is due to influence from Alphazone. I really liked that hard trance type of sound and definitely wished Alphazone would come back...Anyhow Enjoy!

The track itself started off as a uplifting trance track went wrong, when I discovered a pretty good guitar melody. So the problem was how do I connect everything written so far? and my knowledge of guitar is like zero. I decided to call my former metal band mate in Beijing Charles for answers and he recommended MadPigQC from Shanghai.

MadPigQC made a slight variation on my original guitar solo, but what really gave the solo life was that it was a real recording of Mad's guitar. A real recording makes that much of a difference.

I have been working very hard on learning the whole mixing and mastering knowledge and its getting better, but this is the best I could get it. So I hope you guys enjoy this track and hopefully I can get some feedback as well on how to improve. Thanks for listening =)

Never Leave Me Again (Original Mix)

Hey all. This is Elmo, I am a huge fan of trance in general and also progressive house. I got into EDM in 1997 just as a listener and started using Traktor Software at around 2001.
It was only in  2013, when I was living in Beijing I decided to take DJing and composition/production seriously so ended up buying a controller, started taking DJ lessons and also self taught Ableton. 
Currently I am residing in Guangzhou, China.

In terms of my music my main focus is definitely trance, but I am also moving towards the big room styles. Hopefully, through all my hard work I can bring original work from China to the world.
