I decided to launch a “Golden Confidence Series.” I want to have a roundtable discussion on confidence. Let’s look at confidence for what it really is.  Let’s talk about our own confidence and how we built it up. Let’s have a conversation and establish that confidence is not reserved for the upper echelon.  Better yet! Let’s revel in our confidence because we are the upper echelon. We big bodied. We dark skinned. We nappy headed.
