June artiste marocaine basée à Lyon, VEL étonne par sa vision de la techno dans la lignée de sa consœur u.r.trax avec qui elle évolue. A mi-chemin entre fusion des sons et des œuvres, ses tracks sont autant d'invitations au dancefloor qu'à 'introspection. Son énergie derrière les
platines a déjà tapé dans l'œil d'artistes renommés - comme Francois X - en signant l'une de ses sorties sur son label XX Lab, ou encore In Aeternam Vale avec qui elle s'est produite en live aux Nuits Sonores 2021. Membre du collectif Under Rave créé par u.r.trax, elle est une digne représentante de la nouvelle scène techno FR, elle s'affranchit des domes et du patriarcat.


Young Moroccan artist based in Lyon, VEL amazes by her vision
of techno in the lineage of her fellow u.r.trax with whom she
evolves. Halfway between fusion of sounds and works, his tracks
are as many invitations to the dancefloor as to introspection. His
energy behind the turntables has already caught the eye of
renowned artists - like Francois X - by signing one of her releases
on her label XX Lab, or In Aeternam Vale with whom she
performed live at Nuits Sonores 2021. Member of the collective
Under Rave created by u.r.trax, she is a worthy representative of
the new FR techno scene, she frees herself from dogmas and
patriarchy.

On July 15, 2022, Anetha will release her second seismic
compilation on her label Mama told ya entitled MTY-TERRE
«Contre tout, toutes et tous, la terre demeure», just one year
after MTY-EAU «L’eau repousse les feux agressifs».

Through earth element, the compilation comes up with the
collaboration of 19 artists - 19 tracks, divided into 4 vinyls: Ane-
tha has brought together a generation of young electronic
music artists from around the world to get their hands dirty
and produce some solid gems.
