A morphing melting mix of some of my favorite tracks. This style of mix I call an 'Amalgamix' because it's an amalgamation of music more so than a standard mix. It's a continuous layering / mash-up of two or more different tracks throughout the entire mix, often with EQing and rearranging, with the intention of creating novel harmonies and juxtaposed vibes. 

In this episode I feature mostly ‘Wave’ music, a style of melodic bass music that has become one of my favorite sounds.

Distant Thunder by Checkfield was my very first favorite song I loved as a kid. My dad had it in his extensive music collection. I use to go crazy dancing to the original version in my living room with my brother.  This my attempt at making the track a bassy dance track.
