morphena is an Argentinian born, Berlin based DJ, vocalist and music producer. Art, music and films were always her ways to connect with the world. She studied Film in Buenos Aires but she decided to move to Berlin to find her sound and to pursue her need of making music. As soon as she arrived she found community and meaning in club culture, and she was trained by the No Shade collective in DJing and by the Open Music Lab in music production. Despite two years of pandemic she has been growing and molding her sound, aiming to make uplifting sonic trips that make you both dance and feel.

Tam Tam AKA Lewis D-t is a Dj / Mix Engineer, originally from Bradford in the UK and now based in Berlin.

Tam Tam shares with us an uplifting blend of decedent dance-floor gems presented in their signature downtempo style.

While eclecticism starts to become a commonly word to describe DJs, just a few celebrate its meaning, and Stella Zekri (@stella-zekri-ouiddir) is certainly one of them. Her distinctive approach states DJing as art; an expressive, vivid language, that goes along with her sense of complete freedom.

Textures, rhythms and electrifying synth lines come together, immersing the audience in a hypnotic journey through sound. @airaboimusic is Aitor Rabell, at his most uninhibited, intimate and emotional. Born in Valencia and now based in Berlin, where he’s developed and expanded his sound, drawing on ambient and experimental as much as leftfield electronica and IDM. He runs his own label B.I.V. -  where he released his debut EP Endless Field - but also has releases on Barcelona stalwarts Lapsus or Modern Obscure Music (both from Barcelona), as well as in Berlin's R.I.O. If you’re looking to imagine what he might play on a Saturday afternoon at Sónar, best to look towards his mixes for LYL Radio or Red Light Radio: moving from the spaces occupied by his own productions into more dancefloor-friendly moods.

ELSICAST 011 - Airaboi

Composer, writer, DJ, Bristol-born and London-based, @calswingler steps up for the next Elsicast ahead of his Elsi debut in two weeks. An hour of his signature off-kilter, after-hours records. Weaving pitched-down Bristol dubstep, dark choral, brooding techno, and wonky house.

@christa-belle once chose radio DJ as her future job at a first grade assembly. Former child and now Berlin resident, she hosts Bubble World - a monthly show on Refuge Worldwide radio. Beyond interviewing some of dance music's underground heroes, her practice involves teaching music, exploring sound, playing in bands, and not knowing when to leave the party.

Balearic legend @leo-mas steps up delivering a masterful mix ahead of his set this Saturday at Arkaoda. 

Leo Mas is one of those artists who you cannot miss whenever he is in town. Throughout his long-span career, starting in Ibiza as the resident DJ of Amnesia together with Alfredo, he has performed at festivals and clubs across the world and has released music on essential labels like UMD, Hearbeat, DFC to only name a few.
