When he died, BBC Radio 1 completely shut down their radio station for an hour in respect for Elvis resting in peace. No radio station has done that for any other late artist and hasn't done for any since. Elvis was THAT one of a kind 🎸⚡️RIP🕊

This version of "PolkSalad Annie" might be the best ever recorded. With Larrie Londin on drums, it has Kind of an "in your face" Sound to it. Nothing against Ronnie Tutt, but this version is outstanding.  It was recorded on March 21st 1976, in Cincinnati, OH.
