This set was recorded live at Doppler Effect in Montreal.

Haze is a Canadian-based DJ who after making her debut in Montreal, played for the first time in Europe in 2024. Guided by intense, shadowy, and high-speed sounds, her artistic realm revolves around impactful, and emotionally-charged techno, enriched by touches of cinematic and funk. She likes playing with many subgenres and her set reflects this passion for all kind of textures and sonority.

Beyond her DJ role, she’s also part of Vertige Records, a Montreal-based record label who promote techno/rave music as well as cinematic productions and a resident of La Face B radio. She also delves into modular synthesizer production, an avenue that helps carve her identity and perspective.

Hunab Ku was the Supreme Creator God of the Mayan pantheon and represented the solar calendar, the balance of forces, perfection, universal consciousness, but also the gateway to other parallel dimensions.

The Symbol of Hunab Ku
Hunab Ku was depicted only through his symbol, but had no actual visible form. He was associated with two other deities: Itzamnà, his son, and Huracan, the god of wind and storms.

Hunab Ku is also a symbol analogous to yin and yang and resembles the shape of a spiral galaxy; Hunab Ku is also the symbol of the center of the Milky Way: the "galactic butterfly."

The Mayan calendar was entirely based on the position of the "galactic butterfly," since the fate of humanity depended on it.
