This track features Jenn Cornell playing the cello. (http://montanaskiesmusic.com) Jenn's cello composition was inspired by the Indian flute virtuoso, Hariprasad Chaurasia and a sonata of J.S. Bach. (specifically, the second mov't of sonata in Gm for cello and piano.)  The inspiration came together after we both went to hear the amazing Kirtan group Shantala, who further inspired us both with their indian classical instruments. (http://www.shantalamusic.com) The track contains a 4hz binaural beat and is based on the root chakra.  The base tone is C (128hz).

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to balance and open your Heart Chakra. 
The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located directly in the middle of the breastbone, one can put their hand over their heart chakra and feel their own heart beating in their chest. It represents the feelings of love towards others and towards ourselves as well as a overall state of happiness.


Respective organs are the lungs, liver, thymus, heart and blood circulation. 
An open heart lets us be more open to others and we get along with people of all different backgrounds and personality types. 
Typically, a person with a well-balanced heart chakra is happy and tend to find joy in the day-to-day things that they experience in life. It doesn’t take some grand event to make them happy, nor do they have a tendency to go searching for happiness through some type of outside circumstances. They realize that happiness genuinely does come from within and they make the most out of virtually any type of situation they find themselves in as opposed to trying to change their circumstances in order to feel better about themselves.

With a blockage on this Chakra you’re probably going to have a very difficult time feeling deeper, more meaningful emotions like love or joy. In fact, you’re more likely to become very distant toward others. You may find it difficult, if not impossible, to forge new and meaningful relationships with other people. 
A person with a unbalanced or blocked heart chakra may experience chest pain and heart palpitations. It also affects how well the person is able to breathe because it has a direct impact on the function of the lungs.

Its associated color is Green.

When your Anahata Chakra is balanced you are full of Love, Happiness and openness. 

The Anahata is associated with several characteristics:
- compassion
- love towards yourself and others
- happiness
- trust
- connection to others
- surrender

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Earth Year (136.10 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to open, balance and heal the Heart Chakra (Anahata). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша первая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к красному. Представьте, что из вашего позвоночника в землю вырастают корни... Связывают Вас с Землей...

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область нижней части живота... Это область второй чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша вторая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к оранжевому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область солнечного сплетения... Это область третьей чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша вторая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к желтому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область грудины... Это область четвертой чакры, сердечной... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша четвертая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к зеленому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область основания горла... Это область пятой чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша пятая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к голубому.

Перенесите ладонь левой руки в область лба, между глаз... Это область шастой чакры... Почувствуйте качество энергии... Обратите внимание - какого цвета сейчас ваша шестая чакра... Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к синему.

Постарайтесь привести этот цвет к фиолетовому. Почувствуйте, как световой столб из вашей седьмой чакры устремляется в Космос...
