انقلاب «زن، زندگی، آزادی» همه چیز را تغییر داد؛ از تفکرها و باورهایی که سال‌ها به ما تحمیل شده بود گرفته تا کوچکترین عادت‌های روزمره‌مان. در اوج اعتراضات که هر روز ده‌ها نفر دستگیر و کور و کشته می‌شدند، دچار عذاب وجدان بودم که چرا کاری نمی‌کنم. اما چنان غمی بر من چیره بود که خودم را مستأصل از ایفای نقشی مؤثر می‌دیدم. با شنیدن آثار دوستان هنرمندم، تصمیم گرفتم من هم سرودی بسازم.
وقتی سرود «کاوه ماییم» را ساختم، جرأت انتشارش را نداشتم. خودم را سانسور کردم و تمام تصمیمات و باورهایم را زیر سوال بردم. امروز هفت ماه از اوج اعتراضات و زمانی که این سرود را ساختم می‌گذرد و تمام این مدت، این سرود مثل بغضی در گلویم گیر کرده بود. مدام درگیر نبردی درونی با خودم بودم. آهنگ ساختن به صرف همراهی کردن مردم برایم قانع کننده نبود تا این که دریافتم که این سرود را پیش از هر کسی، برای خودم ساختم. تنها وقتی قانع شدم آن را منتشر کنم که پی بردم چه قدر این مبارزه شخصی است.
سرود «کاوه ماییم» با همکاری هنرمندان ایرانی از سرتاسر دنیا ساخته شده و سعی کردیم با وجود فاصله جغرافیایی زیاد و زمان و امکانات محدودی که در اختیار داشتیم، بهترین خروجی ممکن را ارائه کنیم. این سرود، مضامین داستان مبارزه کاوه آهنگر با ضحاک ماردوش از شاهنامه را در خدمت «زن، زندگی، آزادی» به کار می‌گیرد. به امید روزی که همه ایرانی‌ها آزادانه و باعزت زندگی کنند.

سه سال پیش به همراه خانواده داییم رفته بودیم باغ برای شام. بعد از شام، همه مشغول صحبت شدند و پدرم تصمیم گرفت بره برای خودش قدم بزنه. در حال قدم زدن زد زیر آواز. من هم پشت سرش راه افتادم و یواشکی صدای پدرم رو با موبایلم ضبط کردم.
سه سال از اون روز گذشت تا چند روز پیش که من اون فایل صوتی رو پیدا کردم و به پدرم نشون دادم. خیلی ذوق کرد! البته گفت من آمادکی نداشتم و اگر میدونستم صدامو ضبط می کنی سعی می کردم بهتر بخونم.
آهنگ رو ریختم روی موبایلش. پدرم نشسته بود و داشت به آوازش گوش می داد. من هم داشتم یک قطعه جَز از جان لوییس گوش می کردم که یه دفعه متوجه شدم چه قدر این دو آهنگ به هم می خورن! و اینطور شد که تصمیم گفتم این دو رو با هم میکس کنم.
اشکالات زیادی در آواز وجود داره اما صداهای طبیعی و حس خوبی که به آدم میده خیلی لذت بخشه. صدای جیرجرک ها، خش خش راه رفتن روی علف ها، دور و نزدیک شدن صدا وقتی من و پدرم از هم فاصله می گیریم و حتی خش و ناکوک خوندنش در بعضی جاها، همه به جذابیت این قطعه اضافه کردن.
امیدوارم لذت ببرید.

Three years ago, we went to a picnic in a garden with my uncle's family. After dinner, they started talking to each other. My father decided to walk among trees. He started singing. I went behind him and secretly, recorded his voice with my mobile.
After three years, I found the voice file in my computer and played it for my dad. He was so excited! Of course, he said that he wasn't prepard for it and if he knew, he would try to sing better.
I transfered the file to his cellphone. My father was sitting there, listening to his singing, and I was listening to September Song, a Jazz piece from John Lewis. Suddenly I realized that these two pieces match great together. Therefore, I decided to mix them.
There are problems in the vocal, but the natural sound and its nice feeling is really delightful.
The sound of cricket singing at night, the noise of walking on grass, the vocal fading in and out when my father and I get close or far and even noise of his voice are some of nice and natural effects of this song.
This song is a fusion of Persian Traditional Music and Jazz. I hope you enjoy.

این قطعه، اولین قطعه ای هست که برای سینتی سایزر تنها ساختم. من به موسیقی الکترونیک علاقه زیادی دارم و ساختن این آهنگ برام خیلی ارزش و اهمیت داره.
ساختار آهنگ «زمان» بر اساس آرپژ هست که از ابتدا تا آخر قطعه، منظم و پشت سر هم نواخته میشه که نشون دهنده در جریان بودنه و بالا و پایین رفتن آهنگ، نمودی از بالا و پایین های زندگیه. امیدوارم لذت ببرید و زندگیتون همیشه جریان داشته باشه.

Time is my first piece composed for solo synthesizer and I have played and recorded it live.
The structure of this track is based on arpeggios which shows the movement of life and passing the time and when the music goes high and low, it shows the different levels of life; some times it's hard, some times it's good. I hope you enjoy.
