Kodomo’s full-length debut release – titled Still Life – will be released on October 7th, 2008 on New York’s 5 Points Records.  This release features 9 original tracks and a bonus track, “Spira Mirablis” - currently featured in the MTV/Harmonix iPod video game “Phase.” The concept for the record was born of a series of photographs, each one serving as a springboard for the music.  The album explores how images of environments, landscapes, people, and objects are used to evoke musical ideas; each image giving rise to various rhythms, chords, and sonic textures.  The photos were taken in Italy, China, Japan, Switzerland, & around the US.  The CD release has a deluxe package that includes an expanded booklet featuring all 9 photos.

Bakeneko:  is, in Japanese folklore, a cat with supernatural abilities akin to those of the fox or raccoon dog.

THE WILDS is a new EP that includes new tracks 'Frosklia and 'Disinclusion' due for release on 20th May. Title track THE WILDS is taken from the 2nd BALTIC FLEET album 'TOWERS.

Baltic Fleet is the winner of the 2013 Liverpool GIT Awards (aka 'the Scouse Mercury Prize') and will now be performing on the opening night Of Yoko Ono's Meltdown at the SouthBank Centre, as well as the final night of Liverpool Sound City 2013.
