Tiga and Hudson Mohawke further their mission to Legalize Compassion with this outstanding set of remixes of their Love Minus Zero collaboration.

With a self-reported emotional IQ of 196 and the dancefloor pedigree of a pure-bred champion clubhound, Tiga and Hudson Mohawke’s Love Minus Zero project offers nothing less than total catharsis in torn dungarees. Their debut album L’Ecstasy delivered on the duo’s promise of “hardcore romance,” even in the eyes of the most hardened hardcore romance purists. And now, LMZ:RMX showcases a dazzling array of styles and sensibilities that will give listeners a musical education tantamount to eight months of crate-digging with The Beat Burglars, or watching that Netflix documentary series where Lin-Manuel Miranda travels to Ibiza to learn more about rock history.

Tracklist:

- A test audience confirmed that the remix by Berlin's Quelza of “IN ORDER 2” takes the original “into Berghain territory,” which is an area which includes both the club proper and the fenced-off pen where rejects console one another in the pitiless German moonlight. 

- Many would say Keinemusik is the hottest crew in dance music today, and frankly who has the energy to argue otherwise? To this end, we platonically tapped Reznik to turn “Silence of Love” into the No. 1 Autumn Anthem of 2024, and he did not disappoint. 

- Keepsakes titled his serotonin syndrome-inducing version of “BUYBUYSELL” the “Cynical Vox” mix, but make no mistake: this British-New Zealand DJ-producer/Haven founder has a heart of gold, which shone through in each one of his tender email exchanges with us.

- Storied Techno Texan Audion is in peak form on his remix of “Duro,” which means “hard” in Spanish AND Portuguese. Audiophiles should note that the track was mastered at the vineyard he and Tiga co-own with Bryan Adams.

- On their mix of “IN ORDER 2,” Merry Men of Montreal Priori and Patrick Holland team up as Jump Source and make sweet music deep into the evening time, doing only as Eros commands.

- Hamburg Electro Genius DJ Mell G strips all romance from her mix of “BUYBUYSELL,” favouring a vision of future in which websites are illegal and people “jack in” to landlines to download the latest feelings.

- Finally, the ADJD mix of “Duro” sees Swedish techno legends Alexi Delano and Jesper Dahlback return at last to Turbo’s frigid embrace. You’ve read all about them at the library, now experience their majesty over headphones on the computer at the library.

"We came all the way from heaven to dole out euphoria like it was candy from our pocket,” says a visibly erect Tiga. "Put it this way: when a frown sees us coming down the street, it’s fucking over. We watched these remixers become our Deputy Music Angels before our very eyes, and I can only hope they think that sounds as cool as I know it feels to see."

Hello friends! It’s time again for Desert Sound!
Let's say goodbye and thanks to 2024 Year remembering the sunsets, evenings and nights summer parties with my Desert Sound project and let's embrace 2025 waiting for Summer life again.
This year, the Best of DESERT SOUND includes experiments and innovations that will surprise you.
I tried to push myself beyond the common concepts of mixing. 
My experiment consists in "fusion" not just a mixing. Fusion is absolutely the result I wanted to achieve this year after many years of research and training. I mean a perfection between more tracks that plays at the same time after a careful study of their metrics and harmonies connections. Perfect fits... like the sunset that merges with the sea on the horizon let's say. In this case of two or more tracks on multiple channels that seem to become a single track. 
Remembering the summer 2024 Desert Sound on Kinky beach also exported in other clubs. 
I have decided to publish it and make it available for you on New Year's Eve because I like to think that it will be the first sound you’ll hear when you wake up in 2025... 
The Desert Sound 2024 is for you all, the download is for free on my SoundCloud page. 
I want to remember that my only source of inspiration when I play is the SUN. I love the Sun and I play for the Sun because I don't know how to live without it. Every time I play is for the Sune. It will be always my source mood for music. 
This DJ set is dedicated to the SUN and it is a cry of hope waiting for it again, to return to warm up the wonderful summer sunsets.
I remember that, this selection is my best of "Desert Sound 2024”, the alternative and mystical DJ Sets of the sunset secret parties at Kinky Beach (Rimini) where I have played also this summer.
I want to dedicate this lineup to all the fans and friends who loved this exciting evening during this amazing Summer. From kinky beach, Belaburdela “Burning Tribe” , Tortuguito, Darsena Sunset Bar “ Tribal Sunset” and Villa delle Rose Clubs I want to send you all my good vibes and all my energy I felt.  I want to thanks all these Clubs staff for choosing as DJ to play my sound experimental projects.
The last surprise I have for you is that my new Desert Sound includes my two new release tracks of my first album as a DJ producer!! Stay tuned on my soundcloud page… This is a gift as a preview listening for you all!

Hello friends…
This time, Desert Sound arrives late. And maybe… it was meant to.
Because this is not just a set. This is a passage.  A closing breath. And a first one.
Desert Sound 2025 is the outrow of Enrico Muscioni Architect
and the intro of Ištar.-beat from the Universe.
Two names. One soul.
For years I lived between architecture and sound, building spaces in the physical world and in the invisible one.
But there comes a moment when paths must separate to finally become… clearer.
Ištar is not a new identity. It is a revelation. A name that carries origin, myth, fire, desert, sky. Something that was already existing in me
A name that allows music to exist without boundaries.
2025 has been a silent year. Less stages. Less presence. More depth.
While moving through San Marino, Rimini, Riccione, I remained often hidden… working, studying, searching.
Between Rimini, San Marino, Riccione, Kazakhstan, Quatar (Doha) and... the West, I followed the only thing that has always guided me.
The sunsets. Endless, burning, sacred. Where everything dissolves… and everything begins again.
In that silence, something was born. My first album: ENUMA ELISH. Six tracks. Six fragments of origin.
Six doors.
Inside this Desert Sound 2025, you will hear them for the first time like the first taste in Desert Rose dj Set (Doha). Not as a release… but as a vision.
A world premiere more listenable then the firstone. An anticipation of what is coming. This set is not just a selection. It is a transformation.
The fusion I searched for in the past… now becomes something deeper:
a continuous flow where tracks are no longer separate entities, but waves of the same energy.
Like the horizon.Where the sun and the sea don’t meet… they become one.
I feel a subtle melancholy for what I am leaving behind.
But even more… I feel a powerful excitement for what is about to begin.
This is not a goodbye. This is alignment. From now on, architecture and music will walk on parallel paths, each one free to reach its highest expression.

This is Desert Sound 2025.
This is the last echo of a name… and the first vibration of another.

Live Artist, DJ/producer and digital artist from the Republic of San Marino, Ištar is the alias of internationally awarded architect Enrico Muscioni Architect, through whom his sonic project takes shape. 
Ištar emerges as a natural extension of his artistic research and manifests as a sonic, visual and conceptual project that moves across music, architecture and generative digital Ai art. There are no boundaries between disciplines — there is a single creative method: the same method used to design spaces, compose sound and generate imaginary worlds for his artworks and covers. 
 
Music becomes invisible architecture.  Architecture becomes rhythm. 
Image becomes mental landscape.  Architecture is the silent origin of everything. 
Every form is born from an invisible tension; every space holds a fragile balance. In music, this tension becomes rhythm; in listening, space transforms into a cosmic experience. Sound is not composed, but revealed — as if it already exists, waiting to be crossed. 
 Ištar’s music is energy in flow. 
It moves the body while leading inward. It is introspection in motion — a force that envelops and suspends. Mysticism is not declared, but perceived: a subtle field running through the sound without the need for dogma.  
Around the music, cosmic visions emerge, conceived as cover artworks that complete an ongoing creative flow with neither beginning nor end.  
In his AI-generated digital artworks — developed in parallel with his music — distant planets, worlds that may or may not exist, and skies that seem to belong to a cosmic memory come to life. The digital artworks directly produced by Ištar through artificial intelligence do not illustrate the sound — they extend it.  
Images and frequencies arise from the same creative gesture, as parts of a single universe. 
Within this suspended space, language becomes ancient. 
With the artistic name Ištar – beat from the universe, Enrico Muscioni Architect assumes a new identity rooted in myth, cosmology and archetype. Ištar — the Babylonian deity of love, war and transformation  becomes the symbol of a primordial energy that traverses time, space and civilizations. Ištar is threshold and transformation. Ištar is the deity of opposites: she embodied nurturing love, nature and sexuality, but also warrior fury, destruction and storms. Light and destruction. Love and war. Creation born from the tension of opposites. To assume this name means to inhabit complexity — to accept that every form contains its opposite. 
Ištar’s approach mirrors the principles guiding Enrico Muscioni Architect’s architectural projects: energy, introspection, mysticism, rigor and vision. 
Each project arises from inner tension and translates into form, sound and space. Like contemporary artists capable of moving across multiple languages, Ištar embodies a total creative figure: architect, musician, producer, live DJ performer and digital artist.  
Not distinct roles, but different manifestations of a single research. 
Ištar – beat from the universe is not an alter ego. 
It is the sonic project of Enrico Muscioni Architect. 
It is a frequency. An open channel between humanity and the cosmos. 
A creative act attempting to remember what we may have forgotten.
