"I was lined up to play a few festivals this fall and they were postponed due to wildfires in British Columbia. This mix included a bunch of bouncy, hood savvy, BASScentric beats that I wanted to play for the people! Thanks in part to Bonz Blessit, I have dove into Phonk over the last few years. This mix includes some of my favourite phonk producers, Kalibvr, POOTY, OGee-T, and the whole PurplePosse crew. I’ve also been loving the baille funk sound, and one producer in particular, HYALYTE is making really dynamic tracks. It took me a bit to figure out how I could embark upon a baille phonk journey, and I’m so glad that I did! As per usual, I’ve included some of my fav hip hop, grime, dub, dancehall, and even a sneaky drum n bass track in the mix (ayy Shaggy). Biggggggggggups to everyone out there making music and taking chances, I see you and I am so grateful. Synergy

This mix is my Bass Coast application mix and showcases passion for my absolute favourite genre to mix and dance to, dancehall! Endless love and gratitude for Jamaican artists and their tidal waves of talent and inspiration 🙏 I mixed this using Serato, 4 channels, and stems. Went easy on the  pullbacks and sirens, but had to include a few as a salute to my dancehall predecessors :)
