A track describing my actions/thoughts of Bipolar Disorder. The reference within the hook is blending/using a metaphorical sense of approaching music, as to dealing with the ups and downs from mood swings, anxiety, depression and the conflict of trying to piece it all together. 
The verses are more self explanatory, with the first verse giving little example of how it feels inside of my state of mind for most parts of the day.
The second verse is more or less accepting mental health issues, all while pacing throughout my head trying to find a way to escape the diagnosis. I know in the end from the counseling sessions, to taking antidepressants, to furthering myself away from people, and avoiding  interaction, mania will always revolve somewhere in my life.
