.. ........ .. ..E.M. began in 2002 with "E.M. - Volume I", a 50 minute collection of soundscapes created by E.M. Cece during a grueling hot summer with no air conditioning. A mix of improvisational noise, soft and bizarre ambience, and overtones that sometimes border the beautiful and the macabre, E.M. delivers an otherworldly mix of sound...Drawing influence from an eclectic array of music, film and fiction, E.M. gives the listener a diverse spectrum of aural assailment; and with subsequent listening in the right frame of mind, one begins to hear "the beauty beneath the noise.".. 

Since 2002 E.M. has released 3 more subsequent "Volumes", each unique and equally alien, beginning a hiatus in 2008 with the release of the fourth. 2015 will bring us the fifth in the series, a complete detachment from what was once E.M... Stay tuned.
