David Kracht (David Moreau) is a real 'Berlin kid'. Born and raised in Friedrichshain, he found his way to electronic music early on. In the mid-90s, the club scene around Berlin became his second home. E-Werk, Tresor and the Isle of Youth with their driving rhythms, darkness and heat are formative for his style during this time. The sets of the Berliner, a hypnotic mixture of driving beats and melodic elements with rough edges, regularly make the audience sweat. Firmly anchored in techno, he uses the power of well chosen tracks from yesterday, today and tomorrow to fill the dance floors of the clubs. It's time to welcome David back to Emerald & Doreen with his latest release 'Extrawelt'.

Established in 2020, the Spanish label Espacio Cielo, curated by prolific and skilled producer Parissior (SXDNS206/FREEDL043), has been slowly carving its name in stone among the most important Indie Dance/Dark Disco imprints out there by delivering a solid catalogue of releases featuring not only acclaimed artists but also interesting newcomers.

For its forthcoming episode, Espacio brings back the seasoned made-in-Belgium duo Marching Machines (SXDNS276) with their insightful and imperative “Hymn” EP – and the lads do not come alone: The ace remixes provided by none other than master Damon Jee and the label boss himself are the icing on the cake. Both, by the way, adopted the same “formula” for their collaborations: Respecting the originals by keeping most of the main elements but adding their widely known characteristic sonorities.

The three originals (Chrome, Empire, and Holograma), in turn, present themselves as a true showcase of both the technique and the creativity of the Machines. Their heavy and dense but highly danceable atmosphere – granted by vociferous acid lines, trippy pads, and a plethora of throbbing synth layers – could be best described as “darkness meets groove”, exactly the kind of soundtrack that we expect to hear when the machines start to march.

After Ian's successful debut with "Loft Music" in 2022, he returns to Paisley Dark Records with his latest work, "Many Times." This time, Ian's music takes a new direction, guiding listeners from the airy heights of the glass roof loft to the atmospheric depths of the basement, where smoke and lasers create a mesmerizing ambiance. The tracks are characterized by relentless four-to-the-oor kicks and shimmering arpeggios, aimed at inspiring movement in the hips.

The Robot Scientists are Markus Schneider and Stefan Maurer, two music connoisseurs, DJs and vinyl collectors from Saarbrücken, Germany. They are two of three behind Emerald & Doreen Records which they founded in 2011, with releases on the edges of Italo Disco, Dark Disco and Indie Dance. 

They also run the premiere and DJ podcast series Something Spæcial since 2013 which is one of the leading indie dance channels on Soundcloud. As DJs, they spin a highly energetic dark & brightly bouncing „all killer, no filler“ mixture of melodic, futuristic and psychedelic Indie Dance, Playa Tech and Space Disco.
