A short while ago, Peter Zimmermann, Italo King of Hamburg, Germany,  released his debut masterpiece and instant classic FROM GERMANY WITH LOVE on Emerald & Doreen. Going back to a time when friends were electric and robots systematic, the danceable audio drama warmed the hearts of humans and robots alike. Might it be about the obvious drawbacks of being in love with a robot or the synthesized tale of indigo island. 
A magical place where electric flowers bloom and naked fairies ride on unicorns. To celebrate  this amazing release a cast of insanely talented nu disco, synth loving, Italo-inspired producers & artists have teamed up to remix the greatest anthems of the album: James Rod, Nicolas Chenard, Aux tha Masterfader, Statickman, Disco Chillio, Dim Zach, Cebit.

It had been swimming away from troubled waters for its own life but now it was finally begin to reach a place in which it might be able to build a foundation, a place to breathe, a place to call home. This lake would be its resting place for now, the rippling current and the slow moving drift of the leaves floating above the waters surface.

There was a time in Germany when dilettantism ruled and NEUE DEUTSCHE WELLE (NDW), a genre of music originally derived from post-punk and new wave music with electronic influences captures the hearts & charts..

'Tanzn' tells the tale of the two stories showing that enjoying and creating art without investing what establishment and mainstream would call 'required efforts“ is everybody’s right. So people, go out, dance, make music, do your thing, regardless what others think about it.

After his killer debut album „From Germany with Love“ this is Peter Zimmermann ’s first single on Emerald & Doreen, paving the way to a lot more NEUE DEUTSCHE WELLE to come.
The release comes with two elegant re-interpretations, Dim Zach’s remix which is more German 80s NDW than German 80s NDW ever was (Dim, how did you do that?) and Aux tha Masterfader 's 1984 Meistermischung, the names says it all.

This EP boasts all original material from a Romanian producer with a passion for intoxicating electronics, slow grooves and mind-altering concept albums. The six tracks here are split into two distinct camps. On the A-side, the AM crew has gathered together some of his most atmospheric chuggers, including the doomy, Section 25-influenced weirdness of "Articulat" and the bustling psychedelic trip that is "Mean Machine". The flipside is a little less tightly focused but no less impressive, with the warbling operatic vocals, head-nodding percussive hypnotism and late night ambient textures of "Love Affair" standing out.
