Over the Rainbow [instrumental] Trumpet and piano

I did this trumpet and piano version in early 2021.

Two favourite covers come to mind for this famous classic. One is by Israel Kaʻanoʻi Kamakawiwoʻole from Hawaii who is no longer with us and Eva Cassidy who has also departed this earthly plain. Both are on youtube. Eva has some other great songs there as well.

Emergence [orchestral/soundtrack]

This original orchestral piece sounds a little like orchestral/soundtrack film music but that was not the original intent. Although i do love film music too. As they always say, music is the flower of feeling and I hope that came across. Maybe I was just so appreciative to know that spring was coming after a very cold winter? A new beginning.

Emergence [Orchestral/Film music]

This is part 2 of "Orion," "Land of the grey," Sam's Theme.  Orion is still in search of his brother Owen, but to move forward, he has to enter into the Land of the Grey. The curse of the evil cave dweller lies upon the land, making the skies appear a dark grey.  The evil cave dweller lives far away in the "Crystal's of Infinity" cave, where unannounced to Orion,  his brother is being held captive.

 The first section of the Theme represents how dark and mysterious the land of the grey is upon entering it.  The last theme is a short theme called Sam's Theme,  you see, as Orion entered the land of the grey,  a mysterious flying creature with sharp fangs tries to attack him. After a few moments,  it is shot from the sky.  From the shadows, a human with a hound dog head emerges,  This is where we meet Sam. Sam agrees to join him on his journey to find his brother, plus faster travels with a horse....

Unsettling Whispers portrays the arrival of Loufric Vertere and Luci at the imposing black castle, where they are welcomed with banquets and sweet words. At first glance, everything seems grand and inviting, yet something feels wrong in the air. Whispers move through the corridors, and behind the flattery, a silent intrigue begins to take shape.

While Luci senses echoes of dangers she once faced, manipulation, enchantment, the slow poisoning of the will, Vertere begins to yield to promises of power and revenge, spoken softly into his ear. The castle, steeped in tales of betrayal, becomes a stage where ambition, memory, and seduction intertwine. The whispers grow louder, and each note reveals more of the inevitable fall of a man who has already lost everything, and now may lose himself.

During a solitary journey through an ancient forest, on his way to the distant city of Délver, the young mage Dílem encounters a golden owl that lands silently before his camp. The scene, shrouded in mist and magic, takes on an almost dreamlike quality, and even without real windows, he sees her as if she were there, perched on the sill of an imaginary window between sleep and wakefulness.
