Get the groove on: House DJ and rising producer EMERY started DJing at the age of 14, quickly signed his first contract with one of Switzerland‘s major booking agencies – the clubs have been dancing ever since. EMERY secured bookings at the best ones of the country, already at an early stage of his career, serving funky rhythms and cracky beats at high quality events: „Banditz” at Club Q Zurich, “Radio Moskau” at Supermarket Zurich – numerous gigs at Basel’s famous Nordstern followed, along with opportunities to play in Ibiza and Istanbul. At about that time the uprising DJ had already got into producing his own tracks. No one knew, over a decade later EMERY’s ready to share: The strongly groove-based productions were and continue to be inspired by French House Albums of the 90s – artists such as Daft Punk, Cassius, Alan Braxe and DJ Falcon – as well as by other genres – Oldschool Hip Hop, Soul, Disco. Setting no limits to his creativity, EMERY delivers energetic, powerful tracks produced in a playful way, yet reflecting a strong artistic identity. The finest beats have already reached Brazil, now let’s make some waves in the global House scene.
