The lyrics—"my scars are my tattoos" and "everything that touches me hurts"—reveal an emotional depth rarely found in artists of her age, confronting themes of internal struggle and the desire to be understood. Her haunting refrain, “tattoos, coming for you”, lingers, delivering a mix of fragility and strength that resonates universally.
